User Accounts

Account Creation

To use JobQuote.ai, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use JobQuote.ai. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use JobQuote.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activity

Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to JobQuote.ai, including business information, quotes, customer data, and templates.

License to Us

By using JobQuote.ai, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you. This includes:

• Processing your job descriptions with AI to generate quotes
• Storing your quotes and business data in our database
• Displaying your content back to you in the application

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content. We do not review, verify, or endorse user content.

AI-Generated Content

JobQuote.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate quote content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated quotes are suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• You should customize quotes to match your specific business needs
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
• Final quotes sent to customers are your responsibility

Intellectual Property

JobQuote.ai, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

Third-Party Services

JobQuote.ai integrates with third-party services including Google OAuth, Supabase, Anthropic Claude, and Firecrawl. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Fees and Payment

JobQuote.ai is currently offered free of charge during our beta period. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice to users.

If we introduce paid plans, you will have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account. Pricing and payment terms will be clearly communicated at that time.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that JobQuote.ai will be:

• Available at all times or without interruption
• Free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• Compatible with all devices or browsers
• Backed up or recoverable in all circumstances

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JOBQUOTE.AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF JOBQUOTE.AI.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobQuote.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or quotes

Termination

By You

You may stop using JobQuote.ai at any time. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at info@datajolt.io.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a security risk to our service
• Abuse or harass other users or our staff

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use JobQuote.ai will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of JobQuote.ai shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of JobQuote.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobQuote.ai regarding your use of the service.
