Third-Party Services

Supabase (Database & Authentication)

Your account data, business information, and quotes are stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit.

Anthropic Claude (AI Processing)

Your job descriptions and quote requests are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate professional quotes. Anthropic does not store or train on your data.

Firecrawl (Website Analysis)

If you provide a website URL, we use Firecrawl to extract business information from your website to pre-fill your profile.

Google OAuth (Authentication)

We use Google OAuth for secure authentication. We only access your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). We do not access your Google Drive, Calendar, or other Google services.

Data Storage and Security

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@datajolt.io. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Export Your Data

You can export your quotes and business information at any time through your account dashboard. For a complete data export, contact us at info@datajolt.io.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

Children's Privacy

JobQuote.ai is intended for business use and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
